The 50000Nm3/h PSA Unit is a hydrogen purification project initiated by SNNA in July 2023 and successfully shipped in July 2024. During the collaboration with users, we overcame difficulties such as tight project schedules and multiple project requirements. From design to manufacturing, and successfully passing third-party inspection, it only took one year. Each critical node, such as water pressure testing, paint completion, and FAT testing, is jointly monitored by user representatives, third-party representatives, SNNA engineers, and factory production team leaders; There are strict regulations or standards from project design to document submission. During the design phase, we have fixed weekly meetings with the client to reach consensus, and during the manufacturing phase, we have monthly reports and project progress photos to ensure the orderly progress of the project. The smooth progress of this project lays the foundation for more efficient cooperation between SNNA and users in the future, and also enables SNNA to further develop in the hydrogen production and purification industry.
