Acceptance and operation of 5000Nm3/h LIN storage and evaporation system

The 5000Nm3/h LIN storage and evaporation system is a liquid nitrogen backup system that SNNA received an order for at the end of October 2022, delivered in January 2023, and obtained the final user acceptance certificate in March 2023.

The system consists of a vacuum powder insulated liquid nitrogen storage tank, four evaporators, several valves, instruments, and control systems. At the beginning of the project, the design was based on container transportation dimensions, which greatly facilitated transportation.

Considering the high gas consumption of 5000Nm3/h by the user, the storage tank is equipped with a split type large capacity self pressure evaporator, ensuring a long-term supply of atmospheric nitrogen to the user. After the device was put into operation, it received high recognition from users.

This system is used to ensure the stability of the nitrogen source at the project site and plays a crucial role in the normal, stable, and safe operation of the entire factory.
